I am Ambika Singhania, Marketing Director at Leap High Construction, and I believe that in real estate, the buyer deserves a stronger voice.
Having studied abroad and spent more than eight years working across large corporate organisations, I have seen how important decisions are made when substantial money is at stake. That experience shaped the way I look at property today: not as something that needs to be sold, but as an asset that needs to be questioned, validated and chosen carefully.
A cheaper property is not necessarily a better property. A bigger discount is not necessarily a better deal. The real opportunity is finding the right asset, at the right value, at the right stage of the market. That is where I want to stand for our buyers.
When a customer considers investing ₹50 lakh, ₹1 crore or ₹2 crore into a property, my first thought is not “How do we close this sale?” My question is: “Would I be comfortable putting my own money into this opportunity?” That changes the entire conversation.
I look at a property from the buyer's side of the table, questioning the proposition, understanding what justifies the price and identifying what could potentially affect the customer's investment. There must be a reason to buy. There must be a reason to buy now. And there must be enough validation behind the opportunity to justify committing the customer's capital.
Sometimes the smartest decision is not the cheapest apartment. It may be paying slightly more for a property with stronger fundamentals, better future demand and greater ability to preserve and grow capital.
My role at Leap High Construction is therefore not simply marketing. It is to ensure that our communication gives buyers clarity instead of pressure, facts instead of noise and choices that have been evaluated before reaching them.
I want every customer dealing with us to feel that someone inside the organisation is constantly asking the questions they themselves may not know they need to ask. Because earning money takes years. Investing it can take minutes. Those few minutes deserve the right checks, the right validation and the right people standing beside you.
That is the responsibility I carry at Leap High Construction: to be the voice of the buyer and a guardian of the capital they entrust to their property decision.
